Most visits are scheduled for 40 minutes. That gives us time to listen, examine, and talk through your questions without rushing.

If you have multiple concerns or a complex case, just let us know when you schedule—we’ll make sure to block extra time so everything gets the attention it deserves.

We take anxiety seriously—for pets and people. Our team is Fear Free Certified, which means we use gentle handling, treats, and calm communication to help your dog feel safe. If your pet needs medication to relax before a visit, we’ll guide you through that too.

Absolutely. As a Cat Friendly Practice Gold, we’ve created a quieter, feline-specific experience—separate waiting areas, pheromone blankets, and staff trained in low-stress handling. We can also discuss pre-visit medications to make the experience easier for both of you.

Our veterinarians have advanced training and can perform many specialized procedures—including laparoscopic surgery and regenerative medicine—right here in our hospital.

If your pet would benefit from a board-certified specialist, we’ll coordinate that referral and stay closely involved to ensure seamless care.
