At our hospital, your pet is like one of our own. The boarding facility is totally indoors and centrally air-conditioned and heated to provide consistent comfort 24 hours a day. Kennels and runs are available and your pet will be placed in the accommodation appropriate to its size or you may request an available upgrade. Should your pet require any medical care or preventative treatment while at the hospital you can rest assured he will receive it.
The Ritz Harmony
For the discriminating pet we offer our new Ritz Harmony. Pets with impeccable taste have been raving about these roomy suites. 
Each one features window views, and comfy pet-size couches and chairs for the homey touch that your special pooch or kitty will love. It will be difficult to choose between the Jungle Room, Lodge Room, Rose Room, or Paws for Pampering Room, each one decorated in its own special way.
To see how much fun your sweetie is having while you are vacationing, ask about having a web camera installed in your pet's suite. Then it's showtime on our website with your pet as the star!

All of our boarders receive top quality Science Diet (or your food if you prefer). Fresh water is naturally available at all times. Your pet's quarters are kept clean and sanitized and your dog will be walked four times daily. If you want additional walks, or special play and treat times, try an upgrade to our Deluxe or Premium boarding plans. You can be sure we will administer your pet's heartworm medication or vitamins and all pets who stay with us will go home clean and flea-free.
Since we want pets boarding with us to feel as comfortable as possible, all pets admitted to the kennel will be bathed at a discounted rate to keep them free of irritating fleas and ticks. For short stays of 3 days or less a bath will not be required if your pet is clean and free of fleas and ticks upon arrival.

Vaccinations required for boarding
Proof of current vaccinations is required for all dogs and cats staying in the kennel. Immunizations are both for your pet's protection and the protection of others.
Dogs
- DHLP-P (Distemper/Parvo combination)- within 3 years for dogs over two
- Rabies
- Bordetella (Kennel Cough)- within 6 months
- Intestinal parasite test
Cats
- Feline Distemper and respiratory virus vaccine (FVRCP)- within 3 years for cats over two
- Rabies
- Feline Bordetella- within 6 months
- Feline Leukemia (recent test or vaccine)
Birds
- Chlamydia test
- Gram stain
- Polyomavirus vaccination recommended

Admissions and Discharges: our hospital hours
Our staff is here to care for your pet 7 days a week. Since our full staff is here only during our regular schedule, your pet will be admitted and discharged during regular office hours ( Go to Hours).
Please let us know of any changes in your plans to pick up your pet. Also, please call before coming to make certain your pet is ready and to minimize unnecessary waiting.
If you pick up your pet between 9 AM and 12 PM on the final day of boarding (or your pet is scheduled for grooming on this day) there will be no boarding charge for this last day.
