Experience: Veterinary technician for over 20 years in animal hospitals in New York City and Florida
Volunteer efforts: Hurricane Katrina- Medical triage and treatment of homeless pets. Gulf Coast- Disaster relief efforts for oil-exposed sea turtles
Continuing education: Courses in various lab techniques and testing, practice management, staff communication, and veterinary software management
Hobbies: vegetable gardening, kayaking, jewelry design, and hanging out with her husband, dogs, cats and tortoise.
